Start as an issuing merchant

  1. Create your merchant account and complete verification documents.
  2. Open Merchant Profile and complete company, banking, and issuer details.
  3. Choose the required subscription plan if tender publishing is needed.
  4. Open Tenders, click Create Tender, and define submission requirements and deadline.
  5. Review submitted bids after the deadline and complete evaluation.

Start as a bidding merchant

  1. Register and complete company verification.
  2. Open Tenders and filter by country, sector, and status.
  3. Open the tender details page and review tender files and submission requirements.
  4. Use the AI bid preparation guidance to structure technical and commercial offers.
  5. Submit all required files before the deadline.

Common questions

Why do some tenders not show bid details immediately?

Issuer-side bid contents remain sealed until the tender deadline passes.

Can one merchant account both publish and bid?

Yes. Merchant accounts can issue tenders and also participate in other merchants’ tenders.

What documents are usually required?

That depends on the issuer. Typical submission files include technical offer, commercial offer, or one combined offer file.
