These terms govern use of Bidzyard for procurement publishing, bidding, and account operations.
Authorization to Trade and Participate
By registering or using Bidzyard, you represent and warrant that you are duly authorized and legally permitted to conduct commercial activities in your selected country, and to participate in tenders in each tendering country where you submit or manage offers.
Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for tender content, bid submissions, and legal compliance in their jurisdiction.
Data Protection
By using the platform, you agree to process personal/business data according to your selected country privacy law.
Platform Conduct and Account Security Responsibility
Any fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or unlawful conduct is the sole responsibility of the user/merchant and may lead to suspension or termination. The user/merchant is solely responsible for safeguarding account credentials and access methods. Bidzyard and Open Sky KSA are not liable for misuse, negligence, careless credential handling, unauthorized access, hacking, or cybersecurity incidents affecting user accounts.
Liability
Bidzyard provides workflow tools and does not guarantee commercial outcomes between merchants.
Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
All trading and commercial activity on Bidzyard is performed at the sole risk and responsibility of the merchant/user. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bidzyard, Open Sky KSA (including Alsamaa Alfasiha LLC), and their shareholders, directors, management, employees, and agents are not liable for any claim, loss, damage, cost, or missed profit arising from user trading decisions, counterparties, transactions, disputes, or platform use.
